How do I reset my password?

On the login screen, tap "Forgot password?" and enter your email. You'll receive a link to create a new password within a few minutes.

Can I export my session data?

Yes! Premium subscribers can export all their session data as a CSV file from the Settings menu. This includes all plays, locations, and statistics.

Is my gambling data private?

Absolutely. Your session data is encrypted and never shared with third parties. Only you can see your tracking history and statistics. See our Privacy Policy for details.

How do I cancel my subscription?

Subscriptions are managed through the App Store (iOS) or Google Play (Android). Go to your device's subscription settings to cancel. Your premium features will remain active until the end of your billing period.

A location on the map is wrong. How do I report it?

Tap on the location pin, then tap "Report an issue" at the bottom of the details panel. You can report closed locations, incorrect addresses, or wrong machine counts.

Will SlotNearMe be available in other states?

We're starting with Illinois and plan to expand to neighboring states (Indiana, Wisconsin, Missouri) in 2026. Sign up for our newsletter to be notified when we launch in your area.
